The working window is divided into three main parts: Menus and tools, panels, and the storyboard and time scale.

BAR MENUS AND TOOLS: Provides information on the use of menu commands and access to the various tasks that can be done with the program, respectively.

PANELS: The user interface has three panes:

      - The further to the left provides information on using the Collections pane to see collections of photos, videos and audio files, and the Tasks pane of film to perform common tasks when editing a project and create a movie. To move from one press to another option or Collections Tasks toolbar.

      - The central one shows the different effects that can be applied to editing and video files, audio and photographs that are available to work. To move from one function to another select the appropriate option in the drop-down list on the toolbar.

      - MAKE A VIDEO WITH DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY: Creating a movie with digital photos, although this tool has other applications, this article will explain how to create a simple movie with sound and pictures that already exist. Firstly, it must import all the photos/audio files to be used. To do this in the task pane select the film images “Import images” you need to locate and select them. This will add to the collection of images available for the project. For the sound files to make a similar process but with the option "Import audio or music". The next step is to drag one by one and in the proper sequence the images/pictures from the "Panel Collection" to the "Storyboard or the time scale." Then they should set, if desired, the effect of each video picture. For this, one way is to select the drop-down list that appears in the toolbar option "Video effects". Then drag the chosen effect to the photo. You can see a preview of the effect in the right pane double-click. The next step is to establish the transition between a frame and selecting the drop-down list that appears in the toolbar option "Video Transitions". As in the "Video effects" can also see a preview of the transition in the right pane by double clicking on it. Finally the sound is added to the film. Add in the light of "Storyboard Show" in the frames you want. In this way we have succeeded in creating a simple home movie to show our pictures. Finally the project is saved for future modifications (file extension. MSWMM file) and the film itself (file extension. wmv). To save the project from the File menu>> Save Project As ... locate the path where you want to save and choose a name. To save the movie select File>> Save Movie File ... and follow the prompts are presented.

  2. QUESTION:
How do you make a music video on sims 2?
    Please explain in detail lol
They are so cool and i would like to know how to make them. Any Ideas?
KingCobra... What do you mean? I don't even know you!

    • ANSWER:
OK, so if you want to make a great and quality movie, good luck!
      It is hard.
I think you should read some tutorials first, like on this website(helped me out A LOT!)http://www.freewebs.com/warhawkestudios/tutorials.htm

Here is like a little summary-

1.Well, first you have to make a script if its a movie, and if it is a music video, find a song, and plan out as many things as you can...trust me it helps!!!!!
2.Creating your characters-If you want free custom content, you can downloads things for free from Mod the sims 2(just search on google) Place everything in your C:/.....The sims 2/downloads folder...well, mod the sims has a tutorial for that....anyway, you dont have to get custom content, but the music video would look better and more unique if you would.(Also, You might want to create your sims in bodyshop, it comes with the game. It is better, because the sims dont move and dont try to go all crazy. Then You just go to Create-A-Sim, and create them from the sim-bin.
      3. Creating sets-Same thing with the custom content. Although, dont downloads a lot, It might slow you game, and also if you have too much it might crash. Depending on you, you might want to make sets or houses, but try to make them as realistic as you can.
      4. Filming-Well, first, you might want to go to the settings, and change some things around. Like make the texture better, quality, turn shadows on....oh, and go to the camera section and change the quality in video recording at least to medium, because the game is set to lowest quality so that your computer will work fine. Again, be carefull if you dont have a powerfull enought computer.
When filming, also, try to rehearse at least some scenes, because you want your video to have no surprices that you can't control, right?
When filming, there is a camera-man-mode. You press tab, and that is how you turn it on. Some useful shortcuts-
      wasd- move forward, backward, sides.
      v-start/pause recording
      p-pause the game
      b-pause the recording
Control4-9-saves the angles(Ex.-you zoom into the eyes of a girl, press control4. you zoom out, and press control5. Then you can rehearse, rerecord, and so on just by getting back to those angles by pressing 4 and 5.)
      q-down
      e-up
      Ok, I think thats it..
      Usefull cheats-
moveobjects on-allows you to move all objects
showheadlines off-hides the thought bubbles, and talk bubbles...and all those annoying bubbles!!!!
plumbbobtoggle-hides the annoying little green thingy....hides the plumb bob
      motherlode-gives you 50000$
And more cheats and Info on the website I gave you at the begining....You can Also search google for tutorials, and everything...anyway sorry, my english might not be sooooo good, but I hope you understand everything....

      Happy filming...and of course...simming!

where can I download subtitles for music videos?
Everybody knows about subtitles for films but I am unable to get subtitles for music videos. Can somebody help me? Please support your answer with proper links and further help . thanks
yeh subtitles can be lyrics in the same language or in any other language but they appear on the screen synchronising with the audio. subtitles are usually in the form of text file like *.srt .

    • ANSWER:
i try to answer according to my understanding your question as follow:you first look for the music or singer you want ,while listening to it at the moment of primary downloading you try to click just a little bit on the right side of the screen (you will see the title of the song or name of singer and:download/cancel) you click on download and wait till it finishes then check if it is finished,if yes (open/ouvrir(french word for open) then, you can classify it in your library that appears within replay screen where normally all your musical pieces are stored.good luck!by the way,you can after that just choose a shortcut for replay on the pc screen/this is on one side,on the other in case you can't download as i said above, click on the right side of your mouse and you'll see download,ok!
